WE'VE UPGRADED FROM

SEAWEED TO SEAGRASS

Starting in July ’20, we are removing seaweed from our Blue Carbon Package to make way and open more space for an even more efficient blue carbon plant: seagrass seedlings!  They play an essential role to decelerate the climate crisis and mitigate the effects of climate change. Besides carbon absorption, they stabilize the sea bottom, provide food and habitat for marine organisms, maintain water quality and support local livelihoods.

ADOPT A CORAL ROCKFELL

Coral is an important ally in mitigating climate change effects. Besides, they also help to protect coastlines and provide habitats and shelter for other marine organisms. However, in the past 3 decades, the world has lost half of its total coral population.

A way to support Indonesian coastal communities and help to protect and restore their territories is by adopting a "coral rockfell" through our coral transplantation project.
