Transportation

Switch to public transportation when you're commuting to your workplace

Walking or cycling more. Not just increasing your health and strength, you can take time to be mindful of the present moment!

Cutting down your annual flights, and offset the rest. If possible, switch to another mode of transportation when traveling.

Electricity

Use your household lights and appliances wisely. Switch off when you're not using them

Change your lightbulbs to energy-efficient LED lighting as it is 80% more energy-efficient than conventional bulbs.

Plastic

Switch from single-use plastics to reusable ones.

Food

Reduce your meat and dairy consumption, and opt for a vegetarian menu that is locally sourced. 

Reduce your food waste. Food waste that ends up in landfills releases methane emissions. So, always finish your meal and eat your leftovers to cut your carbon footprint and also your food costs.
